## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据业务分部下达的销售任务拟订年度和月度工作计划，并按时完成
- 拓展新客户和新业务，并对现有业务进行二次开发
- 递送保单以及为客户提供相应的售后服务
- 及时收取保费，减少应收，提高保单续保率 任职资格 1.专科及以上学历； 2.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力。
