## Job description

岗位职责
- 设计企业级AIOps技术架构，制定数据治理、算法工程化、服务编排等标准规范；
- 规划多云/混合云环境下观测数据统一采集方案与跨平台协同机制；
- 主导智能运维核心能力建设（如因果推理、多模态异常检测、动态基线计算）；
- 构建AI驱动的运维决策体系，实现故障预测-诊断-处置全链路闭环；
- 评估前沿技术（如LLM/数字孪生）在运维场景的应用价值并推动落地。 任职资格 1.8年以上架构设计经验，主导过大规模分布式系统（日活超千万）的运维体系建设； 2.精通云原生技术（ServiceMesh/Serverless/ChaosEngineering）； 3.深入理解运维领域算法（如时间序列预测、图神经网络、异常检测算法）； 4.具备从0到1搭建AIOps平台并实现业务价值量化验证的成功案例； 5.熟悉ITIL/DevOps/FinOps方法论，持有TOGAF认证者优先。
