## Job description

岗位职责
- 营销各项政策、制度、办法及作业流程的宣导；
- 荣誉体系的日常追踪、推动及活动组织实施；
- 关键指标及其业务推动方案的日常督导、追踪、阶段性诊断及改进方案的提交；
- 机构会报管理；
- 机构、分支机构各项大型活动的协调与配合；
- 建立机构督导档案；
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有1-5年业务推动岗工作经验，
- 具备领悟融会、沟通协作、逻辑推理、动手实战、规划策划、商敏直觉、创新变革、跨界视野的能力。
- 具备责任担当、抗压耐力、勤奋努力、主动挑战、魄力决断、危机意识、气量格局、专注聚焦的性格。
