## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责带领公司业务团队按考核管理办法达成团队经营目标；
- 带领团队开拓市场，做好客户营销和客户关系维护；
- 负责团队成员日常管理，做好团队建设、团队激励和团队人员培养；
- 落实总分行合规部门的风控要求。 任职资格 1、大学本科及以上学历； 2、5年以上银行对公业务工作经验，3年以上团队管理经验，有业务和客户资源者优先； 3、具备较强的营销意识、团队协作意识、市场开拓能力和资源整合能力； 4、危机意识强，认可平安企业文化，具备高度的责任心和抗压能力，有较强的事业心和进取意识； 5、具有良好的职业道德，有较强的合规意识，诚实守信，廉洁自律，无不良从业记录。
