## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开展宏观经济和市场研究，了解同业和标杆公司情况；
- 负责统筹规划部门年度和阶段性重点工作，盘点协调相关方资源，推动部门重点项目和核心工作达成；
- 根据监管、业务发展要求制定零售信贷业务战略规划；
- 负责上级领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、数学、统计、管理、营销相关专业；
- 具备较强的逻辑分析、数据分析能力和财务分析能力，善于用分析结果指导业务经营；
- 具备较强的沟通表达和协调能力，善于统筹资源、筹划和实践；
- 工作积极主动，抗压性和韧性较强。
