## Job description

岗位职责

### 拓展拉新
- 负责随身易渠道代理人队伍发展及运营，团队的招募、维护及管理；

### 人员培育
- 负责业务员展业技能、健康险产品培训等工作；

### 渠道运营
- 负责随身易平台的日常运营，包括日常业务分析及追踪，激励方案的制定、宣导、追踪、兑现、营销活动的宣导和推动，客户关系建立及维护等工作；

### 销售支持
- 协助处理随身易代理人契约、保全问题件沟通与追踪。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、3年及以上保险行业销售经验，具有线上社群运营经验、保险销售支持、销售推动工作经验者优先； 3、积极主动，抗压能力强，具备客户思维，沟通表达能力强。
