## Job description

岗位职责
- 遵纪守法，严格遵守公司各项规章制度和销售管理要求
- 积极拓展市场，开发和积累客户，树立和维护公司品牌形象
- 维护良好客户关系，做好客户服务工作，协助客户办理投保、理赔、保全等手续
- 达成业务员基本法规定的各项考核指标，半年一次考核决定晋升与降级
- 积极参加公司和营业部组织的各项活动，勤于学习，不断提升专业技能；积极和团队成员合作，共同维护和谐的团队文化 任职资格 1、25-45周岁，专业不限，大专及以上学历； 2、勤奋上进，亲和力强，有良好的沟通表达能力，较强的销售意愿； 3、有责任心、学习能力强、有一定的抗压能力和团队合作精神； 4、认可金融保险、认可销售、有销售经验者优先。
