## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司法人客户中员工个人保险需求的服务与跟进；
- 在已经合作的企业支持下，为该企业员工提供一对一的沟通服务与推广销售；
- 通过线下的统一策划、组织与宣讲，配合线上的群经营、群活动实现客户转化。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，条件优秀者可放宽至大专；
- 热爱销售工作，有过BBC的销售、银保销售、财险销售、保险公司组训、讲师经历为佳；
- 性格开朗，沟通能力强，有团队意识者尤佳。
