## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责跟进逾期客户账户，通过电话、短信等方式与客户沟通，协商还款方案;
- 记录客户沟通情况，更新客户信息及还款进度;
- 协助处理客户投诉，提供解决方案，维护客户关系;
- 定期汇总催收数据，分析催收效果，提出优化建议。 任职资格
- 具备良好的沟通能力和耐心，能够与客户有效沟通;
- 熟悉催收相关法律法规及流程，确保合规操作;
- 具备1年以上催收或客服相关工作经验优先;
- 能够熟练使用办公软件，如Excel、Word等;
- 具备较强的责任心和抗压能力，能够应对催收工作中的挑战；
- 本科及以上学历，条件优秀者可放宽是大专。
