## Job description

岗位职责
- 调研AI应用市场动态及用户痛点，引入先进AI能力提升经营智能化水平；
- 基于证券业务客户经营场景设计Agent或数字人，应用于线上线下场景；
- 与研发、设计、测试等部门紧密合作，推进项目落地和大规模应用。 任职资格 1、硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、统计学、应用数学、大数据等相关专业，需具备证券从业资格证； 2、2年以上AI相关工作经验，有构造智能体的项目经验，互联网大厂经验更佳； 3、具备数据编程能力，熟悉hive sql/python等工具之一，有算法、建模经验更佳； 4、具备较强的创新意识和资源统筹能力。
