## Job description

岗位职责 1、负责对所督导营业单位进行中台（包含核保、续期、保全、理赔）政策和知识的宣导、咨询等一站式业务支持工作，促进督导单位业务发展和服务品质提升、以及各项后援指标的达成。 2、对存续保单进行交费提醒、困难件劝留、客户资料维护，提供客户预约的保全、理赔等服务工作。 任职资格
- 大专及以上学历。
- 熟练掌握办公软件。
- 善于沟通及表达。
