## Job description

岗位职责

### 模型开发与维护
- 独立负责或主导开发与核保相关的风险评估、反欺诈、死亡率/发病率预测、理赔预测等精算与统计模型。

### 数据分析与应用
- 深度挖掘业务数据，进行风险特征分析、业务场景模拟，为核保规则的制定、优化及自动化核保引擎提供数据洞察和量化建议。

### 模型验证与监控
- 建立模型验证与持续监控体系，定期评估模型在生产环境中的表现，确保模型的准确性、稳定性与合规性。

### 跨团队协作
- 作为核保团队的技术中坚，与IT及数据团队密切沟通，将模型成果转化为可落地的业务策略与系统功能。

### 报告与沟通
- 撰写清晰、专业的模型技术文档、分析报告，并能向非技术背景的业务伙伴有效解释模型逻辑、结果及业务含义。 任职资格

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，精算、统计、数学、计算机科学、金融工程等相关专业。

### 工作经验
- 具有2年及以上保险、金融科技或相关行业的数据建模、精算建模工作经验。有寿险/健康险核保相关模型经验者优先。

### 专业技能
- 熟练掌握至少一种统计分析工具（如Python、R、SAS）进行数据清洗、分析与建模，精通逻辑回归。
