## Job description

岗位职责 1，负责直销渠道外勤员工薪酬核算与发放，对薪酬数据进行分析，为成本分析提供数据支持 2，负责人工成本预算及数据预测 3，负责直销渠道外勤员工半年、全年考核数据核算，预警数据核算，提供考核咨询 4，执行直销队伍继续考核流程与制度规范，定期进行合规检视 5，协助建立、调整、更新各岗位KPI指标库，建立绩效档案，并实时维护 6，负责直销队伍入离职业务系统管理，保监和同业工会执业资质管理 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、保险相关专业优先
- 沟通协调能力强，表达能力佳，形象较好
- 具有数据分析处理能力，擅于使用excel、ppt等办公软件
- 具有团队合作精神
