## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责线上获客平台（小程序）的设计、开发、测试、上线、迭代升级及日常运营工作；
- 负责小程序与企业微信、数字营销平台的打通及接口对接；
- 负责小程序数据埋点及效果分析，定期输出运营报告；
- 推进获客在小程序中的落地实施，持续优化用户体验，提升用户活跃度和留存率；
- 协调跨部门资源，推动项目按计划落地。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、3年以上银行或大型互联网企业工作经验，有平台产品经理经验或有小程序运营经验者优先； 3、具备良好的沟通协调能力和项目管理能力，以及良好的团队协作精神工作； 4、工作细致认真，责任心强，能够承受一定的工作压力，具备较强的解决问题能力。
