## Job description

岗位职责
- 进行市场开拓，达成销售任务。
- 负责维护客户关系，提升客户粘度。
- 负责做好业务风险第一道防线，坚守合规、稽核及信贷资产质量。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 银行从业年限不低于5年，有一定管理经验，营销能力强、客户资源丰富，工作有激情；
- 聚焦专精特新中小企业，如电子信息、生物医药、装备制造、硬科技等行业客户；
- 具有优秀的规划策划、分析问题、解决问题的能力，较强的执行力和抗压耐力，具有丰富的专业知识储备。
