## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据公司战略，寻找市场优质客户并成交，确保战略目标；
- 配合公司渠道商，进行客户接待，带看和谈判；
- 完成客户租赁大厦所需要的各种文件及内部流程；
- 在客户签约后，辅导服务客户进行装修审批，地址变更登记等流程；
- 公司领导安排的其他工作。 任职资格 1、具有房地产、建筑、经济、工程及财务类相关专业背景，本科及以上学历，英文水平优更佳； 2、5年以上同业工作经验，近年工作所在地为广深地区； 3、熟悉高级写字楼的市场情况和特点，了解大型公司租赁写字楼的流程和惯例，具有合作和团队精神，能独立进行客户接待谈判等工作； 4、敏锐的市场分析及判断，行业内多年应对客户的经验。
