## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据公司战略，市场业务情况进行数据支持；
- 制定品牌传播及市场活动的标准、规范和指引，确保各区域品牌定位、市场策略、推广落地的一致性；
- 结合公司总体营销节奏，统筹策划和管理线下、线上活动；
- 建立有效的新媒体运营体系，管理并运营官方及合作的渠道媒体平台，提升用户活跃度；
- 进行内、外部市场调研，定期输出市场预测及分析报告，为公司决策提供依据；
- 负责营销企划团队的管理。 任职资格
- 全日制本科学历
- 保险等相关专业或相关工作经验优先考虑
- 数据分析能力与逻辑推理能力佳
