## Job description

岗位职责
- 为分行属地客户提供综合化、本地化的服务方案，持续提升客户服务体验和满意度.联动物理网点构建“线上+线下”的服务体系，提升区域客户覆盖密度。
- 零售客户维护的线上服务人员，在遵守合规风险管理要求的前提下，维护客户关系、提升客户粘度、增加客户产品，运用数字化工具将总行综合化及分行本地化的服务高效率地提供给客户。
- 确保业务品质及合规服务，防范业务风险、作为第一道防线配合反洗钱等工作。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历,学士及以上学位。 2.1 年以上相关岗位工作经验，有合规意识、懂数字化工具，有远程/线上客户营销经验者优先。熟悉银行产品，持有基金、AFP、CFP 等专业证照者优先。 具有商业敏感性、沟通协调能力强。 3.纪律及合规意识强，无重大违法违规行为或行业不良记录，符合我行亲属回避原则。
