## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责人力资源数字化工作的整体规划与实施，包括需求分析、资源分配及进度管理
- 分析人力资源管理需求，优化完善招聘、培训、绩效等模块基础数据、业务流程
- 与技术团队协作，确保系统功能满足业务需求，推动各类人力数字化项目实施落地
- 为HR团队提供系统培训与后续支持，跟踪系统的投入使用 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理以及理工相关专业优先 2、3年以上人力资源管理经验，有人力系统建设经验优先 3、具备较强的数据分析能力、项目管理能力，具备全局视野 4、优秀的沟通协调能力，逻辑清晰，抗压能力强、推动能力强
