## Job description

岗位职责
- 主要负责围绕车主保费达成，包含车险、续保、非车业务的策略落地追踪，达成调度管理；
- 负责销售队伍基本法工作，围绕公司业务发展导向，涉及规则，管理人力成本，提升业务投产；
- 其他数据类及领导交办工作落地。 任职资格 1、工作经验1年以上，统计学、数学、计算机相关专业优先； 2、有良好的沟通表达能力、清晰的逻辑分析能力及抗压力。
