## Job description

岗位职责

### 销售策略推动
- 制定产品销售推动方案；跟踪销售进度，分析销售数据，为一线团队提供策略建议与资源支持，助力保费目标达成；

### 行销材料制作
- 负责产品上市培训材料、宣导物料、销售话术及标准作业流程（SOP）的制作与整理；

### 大项目支持
- 参与招投标工作，承担定制化方案设计、现场述标及商务谈判支持；

### 产品需求对接
- 对接渠道方，收集并梳理渠道需求，协同产品开发部门推进产品设计与上线落地。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历优先，保险、金融、经济、统计等相关专业背景者优先考虑；
- 具备1-2年保险、金融或相关行业从业经验；
- 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够熟练运用Excel进行数据处理与分析；
- 具备良好的文字表达与报告撰写能力，能够熟练使用PPT。
