## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责健康险脱落名单的续保、以及新保促成
- 根据公司经营规则，规划话术流程，严守合规底限，并与客户建立良好关系，深入挖掘、分析客户保险保障需求，为客户完善保障
- 接受公司系统的培训学习，通过专业技能学习，不断提升自我服销能力 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历
- 有保险行业从业经验或有销售经验的优先
- 具有较强的责任心和服务意识、出色的沟通表达、工作配合度高
- 具备较强的工作及业绩达成抗压能力、销售意识强、目的导向强
