## Job description

岗位职责
- 依托银行线上工具（企微、电话等）及已有客户资源，为零售客户提供专业的金融咨询与基础服务；
- 深度挖掘并综合分析客户的资产配置等金融需求，建立完善的客户档案；
- 根据客户需求及风险承受能力，提供个性化的金融产品组合解决方案；
- 关注金融市场动态，为客户提供专业的市场分析和投资参考建议，做好客户投后陪伴；
- 与客户保持常态化良性沟通，定期向客户反馈资产配置情况，提升客户粘性与服务满意度；
- 上级交办的其他工作事项。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，金融、经济、会计等相关专业优先； 2、1年以上金融行业相关工作经验，熟悉银行产品，有懂数字化工具，有远程/线上客户营销经验者优先，持有基金、AFP、CFP 等专业证照者优先； 4、具备良好的沟通表达能力、客户服务意识和合规意识； 5、目标感强，具备一定的抗压能力和业绩达成意识； 6、无违法违纪等不良记录。
