## Job description

岗位职责 （1）渠道队伍管理办法制订管理及基本法线上化的推动落地； （2）渠道队伍运营动作落地，日常队伍支持、队伍能力提升； （3）个人代理人队伍增员、培训、督导动作等全生命周期管理； （4）其他相关工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 金融、管理、数学、保险及计算机等相关专业优先；具有互联网思维优先；
- 较强的责任心、执行力及沟通表达能力；
