## Job description

岗位职责

### 经营分析
- 以数据为基础，结合业务发展导向，进行业务、客户、产品、品质分析，发现业务问题、制定业务发展策略并推动落地；

### 客群挖掘
- 从客户视角，通过数据模型进行分析，挖掘客户特征及需求，制定差异化的客户分群及运营、销售策略；

### 业务策略
- 结合业务经营、客户挖掘的数据结论，制定经营发展策略，推动试点迭代及策略沉淀；
- 领导交办的其他专项事宜； 任职资格
- 数学、统计学相关专业，逻辑思维能力、数据敏感度强，有客户运营、统计数据建模能力优先；
- 工作态度端正，积极主动，有强烈的责任心并敢于承担，沟通并协调解决问题能力强；
- 抗压性强，有独立做事的统筹规划能力，同时不乏团队合作精神。
