## Job description

岗位职责

### 一、渠道经营与推动

完成三方经代渠道的对接

### 二、储蓄险产品经营与管理

深入了解储蓄险产品的特性、市场定位及客户需求，参与产品设计与优化建议。 负责储蓄险产品的市场推广与培训工作，提升团队对产品的认知与销售能力。

### 三、市场动态收集

关注市场动态及竞争对手策略，提出针对性的应对方案。

### 四、跨部门协作与推动

与后台运营部门紧密合作，推动经营目标达成 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3年及以上工作经历，有保险行业工作履历
- 有健康险背景，有互联网保险合作经验；有渠道资源尤佳
- 有一定数据分析能力
- 有较强自驱力
