## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责外部合作渠道（如支付宝、京东、微信、抖音等），深入研究合作平台的场景优势，规划与设计信用卡生息线上产品及平台的运营策略，负责外部平台生息产品的整体功能搭建，日常活动运营；
- 分类和疏理线上生息客群客户特性，针对不同客群策划个性化的线上生息营销活动，持续优化活动运营、道踪活跃率、客户订单量并进行落地管理，推进生息产品、场景分期产品业务目标达成；
- 重点关注外部平台生息业务结果并进行追踪，联合大数据、生息产品、运营分析经营成效并产出阶段性复盘报告，制定优化策略并持续迭代优化；
- 紧密联动内部业务、产品、市场、客经及消保等部门，保证业务合规性，并通过增强内部联动，拓展外部生息合作模式及合作渠道，挖掘市场潜力，推动业务稳健发展。 任职资格 1、金融/保险/管理/营销类专业毕业，有电商/消费信贷业务经验优先，具备互联网或者生息产品运营经验； 2、具备较强需求分析，产品规划，项目推动能力，分类和疏理线上生息客群客户特性，针对不同客群策划个性化的线上生息营销活动，持续优化活动运营、道踪活跃率、客户订单量并进行落地管理，推进生息产品业务目标达成。
