## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责制定和实施本部门业务发展战略规划及年度经营计划 负责组织建立并完善财富管理团队体系
- 负责对分支机构进行规划和建设管理,包括人员配置、机构设立、流程制度等
- 带领团队成员完成个人业绩目标,对分支机构的各项工作进行监督、指导和推动
- 组织开展市场调研和分析工作,定期组织或参与相关会议,为公司决策提供依据
- 全面负责部门工作,对银行的各项政策提出合理建议,确保银行各项经营管理目标的实现 任职资格
- 本科或以上学历；
- 具备私行财富相关工作经历，具备中台推动部门负责人工作经验者优先；
- 了解业务队伍，熟悉银保产品，能领悟并执行信银保战略；
- 无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录；
