## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责高客专业课程及高客实战专题课程开发，进行内外部培训
- 协助内外部客户经理分析目标客户需求，制定陪访方案
- 负责陪访目标客户，协助保单促成
- 负责银行高客主题沙龙主讲、活动授课及转化流程管理
- 提供内外部客户经理保险销售咨询服务、萃取优秀案例等相关工作 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历,金融、法律、税务等相关专业优先 2、10年以上银行/银保高客服务相关从业经验，具有私人银行、信托、第三方金融机构高客推动经验者优先 3、形象气质佳，具有较强的语言表达能力和讲授能力，擅长培训及客户沙龙，能接受出差 4、持有律师资格、CFA、AFP/CFP等专业证书者优先
