## Job description

岗位职责
- 按照公司制度、业务规定、操作流程，完成各项客户服务工作；
- 解答临柜客户咨询的问题，接听95511客户咨询电话；
- 负责营业部合规管理工作，包含监管报表报送、反洗钱、异常交易监测等；
- 负责营业部综合事务，例如人员入职、财务报销、日常行政等工作。 任职资格
- 具有本科以上学历；
- 具有证券从业资格；
- 具有较好的客户沟通能力，熟练掌握办公技能；
- 具有3年以上金融单位工作经验，具有客服工作经验和证券合规管理工作经验者优先录用
