## Job description

岗位职责

### 学历要求
- 全日制本科及以上学历；
- 诚实守信、爱岗敬业、认真负责、风控意识较强；
- 吃苦耐劳、积极向上、热爱学习、乐于分享；
- 能够胜任客户服务及营销工作、有一定抗压能力；
- 有1年以上柜员工作经验者优先考虑；
- 无违法、违规记录或其他不良记录。 任职资格 1、本科学历； 2、1-3年相关工作经验； 3、具有杰出的沟通协作精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力； 4、具有优秀的领悟能力，优秀的担当精神，丰富的专业知识储备。
