## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责落实实施公司各项风控政策，严格把控风险。
- 负责抵押客户的风险排查管理、抵押物实地风险勘查、电话谈判催收、不良资产处置等，控制客户的坏账风险，降低信贷损失，回收逾期金额；
- 对相关资料整理归档，以备随时可进行贷后检查，做好风险预警降低相关风险；
- 参与公司组织的等相关业务知识培训，不断提升专业知识和业务技能；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1、本科以上学历，征信良好； 2、1-3年及以上工作经验，有金融机构、房地产行业、法律行业经验者优先； 3、灵活、细致、耐心，善于人际沟通，有较强法律意识； 4、普通话良好，口齿清晰，逻辑明确；
