## Job description

岗位职责
- 完成各类业绩报表追踪，搭建报表体系，分析解读跟踪KPI、业务运营、客户行为及流量指标等、挖掘分析影响业务的关键因素；
- 通过内外部大数据，结合客户行为标签等，有效搭建客户模型，并通过建模针对不同客群提供精准化营销策略方案；
- 根据公司要求，完成管培生培训、团建等相关考核工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历毕业生，数统类、精算类、计算机类、互联网类专业优先；
- 能够熟练使用办公软件、对SQL、python、建模等有相关了解者优先；
- 具有良好的责任心及沟通能力；
- 根据个人专业及面试情况双选于数据应用等相关岗位。
