## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据公司战略目标，开展京津冀地区内金融机构客户的营销拓展和关系维护，基于现有金融与科技的业务结合，为客户提供综合支持解决方案及后续业务维护工作；
- 充分了解客户需求，与内部产品部门沟通，策划营销方案并组织实施，完成相应的业绩指标，提升客户的价值贡献度；
- 负责重大项目的谈判与签约，推动项目落地实施；
- 协同团队按计划推动并落地各项营销活动。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，3-5年以上金融行业市场拓展或销售工作经验，有信贷系统产品销售经验优先；
- 熟悉金融行业信贷系统相关产品（如风控系统、信贷管理系统等），具备丰富的客户资源和行业人脉；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧，较强的市场分析和客户管理能力,能够独立完成重大项目的销售全流程；
- 工作积极主动，抗压能力强，能够适应高强度的工作节奏。
