## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助私行中心总或支行长做好业务团队管理，结合业务团队的特点，分解和制定达成团队业务目标的具体工作计划；
- 通过有效的日常活动量管理和针对性的辅导训练，提升团队成员技能和产能；
- 组织团队成员建立、维护和管理所属客户及潜在客户关系，陪同拜访客户，协助维护大客户，提供高水平的服务；
- 对团队成员的客户经营关系做好日常分配和结构调整，提高效率，确保公平；
- 贯彻合规及风控要求，确保团队有品质的持续经营，协调处理客户投诉。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融业营销经验5年及以上，管理经验2年及以上，过往业绩表现良好；
- 具有较强的执行、沟通协调、团队合作能力；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为。
