## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责管理线上财富服务团队，拆解团队指标目标，实时监控活动量、重点商机跟进率、业绩达成进度，及时复盘、改进管理动作。
- 搭建数字化线上客户经营体系，指导团队做资产配置、财富客户升级；
- 统筹团队建设、人才培养及内外协同；围绕线上营销开展产品、技能、政策培训，落实团队增员、考核及优胜劣汰。
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保业务品质及合规服务。
- 完成上级单位分配的其他工作事项。 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历，金融/经济相关专业背景优先；

### 经验
- 金融/销售/客服等从业经验1年及以上；

### 专业能力
- 具备数字化经营专业能力，有客户经营、策略经营、项目管理、队伍推动经验者优先， 持有基金从业资格证，有AFP、CFP等专业资质者优先；

### 素质要求
- 亲和力与沟通能力突出，服务营销能力强，具备客户服务意识及销售敏锐度；纪律与合规意识突出，能抗压。
- 特别优秀的，可适度放宽要求。
