## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责团体企业客户的业务开拓、渠道拓展及维护；
- 按照公司要求完成销售业绩目标，并做好客户相关维护与服务；
- 进行企业客户保险方案设计、参与项目招标、客户宣导等工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历优先，有1-5年团体渠道业务经理工作经验优先；
- 具备领悟融会、沟通协作、动手实战、创新变革的能力优先；
- 具备责任担当、抗压耐力、勤奋努力、专注聚焦的性格优先；
- 有团体客户资源人员优先。
