## Job description

岗位职责
- 组织实施监管部门、上级单位的法律合规内控政策及工作要求，开展本单位的内控与法律合规风险防范工作。
- 组织实施本机法律合规构内控监督检查，对发现的内控缺陷和风险隐患组织开展整改，并负责组织相关内控与风险合规工作所需报告、报表的编写和报送。
- 组织开展本机构的法律合规内控培训及宣传工作。
- 保险协议及其他相关协议的法律审查；
- 保险业务的法律合规评审；
- 公司安排的其他法律合规和风险管理工作 任职资格
- 法学硕士研究生以上学历，通过国家司法考试/法律职业资格考试优先
- 具有优秀的法律专业能力、书面和口头语言表达能力、逻辑思维能力，能够熟练运用办公软件
- 工作认真细致，责任心强，主动服务意识强
- 具有良好的团队协作能力，沟通能力强
- 诚信、正直，敢于质疑的职业精神
