## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责合规管理建设，协助组织实施合规管理年度工作计划；
- 对事前风险审核、事中风险控制、事后风险检查的体系完善提供工作支持；
- 负责指导综合风险数据收集、识别、预警、报告系统的建立，指导风险控制侦测系统的搭建，识别公司业务运营过程中的潜在重大风险点提出合理化建议及实际操作方案，指导建立企业风险数据库和跟踪档案；
- 操作风险管理、含业务复核/授权、总账核对、DCFC、银企对账、操作指导、风险KPI业务差错跟踪和整改、业务现场及非现场检查；备用密码/钥匙、质押品等重要物品保管；内部账号管理、久悬、挂账、错账处理；重要印章管理及使用；现金/重空管理及检查；自助设备管理及日常加钞；负责各类运营报表等；
- 承担网点反洗钱工作职能，组织开展反洗钱各项工作。 任职资格
- 全日制本科以上学历，在金融行业，有2年及以上相关岗位工作经验；
- 具有管理经验，沟通协调能力强；
- 有团队协作意识。
