## Job description

岗位职责 作为银行内部金融服务运营生产线的AI智能体运营者，核心任务是搭建一套“人机协作”的高效智能体矩阵。
- 负责拆解银行金融服务与运营流程，挖掘智能体需求；
- 提炼运营经验和业务规则转化为提示词与工作流，搭建并落地专项智能体；
- 结合银行场景打磨提示词，使 AI 输出贴合银行调性并控制 AI 生成内容的合规性与准确性；
- 结合一线用户反馈和智能体运行数据，持续迭代优化智能体，提升智能体业务能力。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限；
- 拥有 1-2 年Prompt调优或Agent搭建的实际动手经验；
- 熟悉目前主流的低代码智能体开发平台（如 Coze, Dify, LangChain 等）；
- 逻辑清晰，能把一个模糊的需求，拆解成AI指令（提示词/工作流）；

### 学习力强，具备快速吸收新领域知识的能力； 其他加分项
- 有财经媒体、金融机构实习或工作经历；有前、后端程序编码经验。
