## Job description

岗位职责
- 配合总分行、对所属机构相关产品进行培训、督导及推动，在产品策略指引下制定支行产品推动策略。
- 研究本地私财客群和主要渠道产品需求、搜集同业市场产品信息，与分行产品推动对接和及时反馈。
- 承担支行中台角色，推动投研、投顾、投后服务在支行落地，统筹负责产品培训、陪访、赋能工具及客户沙龙的组织。
- 上级交办的其他工作事项。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历，金融相关专业优先。
- 两年以上金融从业经验，熟悉金融产品，有产品推动相关经验，具备专业的财富管理专业能力，有CFA、FRM、CFP／AFP等金融类专业证书者优先。
- 具备较好的数据分析能力和沟通协调能力。
- 目标感强，有恒心、韧劲强，遵纪守法，合规意识强。
