## Job description

岗位职责
- 深度参与公司重要创新项目及重要战略事项，参与方案设计及梳理，为CEO决策提供建议
- 协调公司各部门，追踪并推动重点项目及事项的完成；并就进展、问题及建议与公司领导层汇报及沟通
- 针对项目推动过程中涉及的问题、公司领导层关注的方向进行专题研究，包括市场分析、产品价值分析、经营管理分析等
- 一个或多个项目的跨职能、跨团队管理，进行问题沟通、任务分配、时间管理、交付质量把控等工作，确保相关问题得到快速有效解决 任职资格 1、8年及以上的项目集群管理或组织级项目管理经验 2、具备较强的逻辑思维能力，能够对并行项目进行整体把控 3、有商业sense，对行业有洞察，能根据当前面临的行业环境和社会趋势，制定战略规划方向 4、担任战略与规划、熟悉项目管理体系，具备跨部门协作及协调能力，能够熟练撰写报告
