## Job description

岗位职责
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上银行工作经验、1年以上授信审查等领域工作经验，个人信用及从业记录良好。
- 具备正直、诚实的品质，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作能力，具备良好的敬业精神。
- 熟悉商业银行风险管理相关的法律法规、监管政策等，熟练掌握各项风险管理制度、办法及操作规定。
- 具备较强的数据分析能力，能在工作中发现和提炼问题，据此有效制定风险管理措施。 任职资格 1、1年以上银行工作经验，其中审查人员要求3个月以上信贷审批或风险管理经验；审批师要求一年以上信贷审批或风险管理经验 2、具较强的执行能力；对风险、合规等方面有一定经验；有较强的沟通协调能力、团队合作能力；熟练运用风险计量、分析评估等相关风险管理工具等 3、职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为
