## Job description

岗位职责
- 机构消保工作委员会运作，推动消保制度和机制建立；
- 监管各类消保政策、处罚、行业动态等解读；
- 推动消费者权益保护考核机制建立，推动达成消保评级及考核指标；
- 机构消保审查制度和机制建立，开展机构消保自查工作；
- 监管消保工作对接，监管文件和要求回复、落实等。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，经济类/管理类/法律类为佳； 2、2年以上的消保、合规、客服经验； 3、掌握保险与年金的运营流程，熟悉消费者监管政策和法律法规； 4、沟通协调，组织推动，逻辑思维。
