## Job description

岗位职责 【人伤查勘】
- 判断人伤损失的责任风险及合理性；
- 指导客户正确理赔程序，解答客户提出的与事故相关的问题；
- 完成实地查勘的标准动作，撰写查勘报告，并对案件损失进行系统预估录入；
- 完成对实地查勘案件后续案件未决跟踪任务；
- 完成人伤案件的实地复堪及调查工作，并撰写复堪报告及调查报
- 提升人伤服务质量的其他工作；
- 领导交办的其他工作1.判断人伤。 【车物查勘】
- 利用高科技终端进行事故信息和碰撞痕迹采集，完成现场勘查、判定保险责任；
- 事故车辆损失核定，确定车辆维修方案及后续的复勘处理；
- 协助客户处理事故善后，指导客户填写及收集理赔资料，做好理赔服务的沟通；
- 定损方案协谈, 风险案件现场走访调查；
- 简易人伤案件现场处理； 【非车险查勘】
- 根据公司规定，负责财产险查勘工作，确保客户满意度；
- 参与现场查勘，了解客户需求，维护客户关系；
- 负责收集、整理并录入相关理赔资料，确保理赔处理的及时性；
- 负责公司财产险业务的数据统计、分析工作，定期汇报公司。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历； 2.机械类、汽车类、医学类、机械类等专业或者有经验者优先。
