## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责人事类SaaS等产品定位、营销推广、关键卖点挖掘；
- 通过各渠道开发客户资源，利用电话或线下形式拜访客户；
- 深入挖掘及分析客户需求及痛点，协助产品制定客户定制化方案，最终实现签约；
- 参与商务谈判，合同签订，产品演示，验收等； 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有管理软件、人事类软件销售经验优先；
- 商务拓展和沟通能力强，有自主驱动性，能充分调动内外资源；
- 熟练运用办公软件，可制作产品演示；
- 工作积极主动，有营销意识。
