## Job description

### 岗位职责 岗位职责
- 主导带病体保险产品全生命周期管理，涵盖肿瘤等特定疾病保险产品的设计、定价、条款拟定，确保产品符合医疗行业特性与市场需求。
- 统筹带病体保险项目落地执行，协调精算、核保、理赔等跨部门资源，解决项目推进中的医疗专业与保险运营问题，保障项目高效落地。
- 负责前端商务拓展与客户对接，对接药企、医疗机构、保险公司等合作方，挖掘合作需求，完成商务谈判与合作协议签订，维护长期合作关系。
- 跟踪带病体保险产品运营数据，结合医疗行业趋势与客户反馈，优化产品设计与运营流程，提升产品竞争力与客户满意度。
- 确保产品设计与运营全流程符合保险监管要求及医疗行业合规标准，规避合规风险。 任职资格 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，保险、金融、医学、公共卫生等相关专业优先。
- 三年以上带病体保险产品设计、运营及落地经验，具备肿瘤等特定疾病保险项目实操经验者优先。
- 拥有丰富的前端商务经验，具备独立对接药企、保险公司、渠道供应商等客户的能力，成功主导过商务谈判与合作落地案例。
- 熟悉保险行业监管政策与医疗行业健康管理模式，能精准结合医疗特性设计保险产品。
- 具备较强的跨部门沟通协调能力、数据分析能力与问题解决能力，能高效推动项目落地。
- 具备良好的商务谈判技巧、抗压能力与团队协作精神，目标导向明确。
