## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责各类资产证券化产品的开发、尽职调查和产品管理；
- 负责资产证券化及相关项目文件的拟订、审核和报备等工作；
- 开拓资产证券化项目市场，牵头或辅助相关项目的承揽、承做工作；
- 参与资产证券化创新类产品的研发、行业调研、政策研究；
- 负责资产证券化业务的存续期管理。 任职资格
- 硕士研究生（含）以上学历，经济、金融、会计等相关专业优先；
- 熟悉各类资产证券化产品操作流程及有关法律、法规和政策，具备良好的职业道德和逻辑思维能力，具有较好的书面表达能力及团队协作意识；

### 工作经验要求
- 具有2年以上的资产证券化相关工作经验；
- 具备扎实的金融、财务或法律背景；拥有CFA、CPA或律师资格等专业资格优先考虑；
- 条件特别优异者可适当放宽条件。
