## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责家庭医生端到端产品运营，优化产品路径，提升用户体验
- 负责家庭医生主动运营，制定用户侧、医生侧触达策略，提升家庭医生签约、服务人数、活跃频次等
- 负责提升家庭医生用户ARPU，通过数据分析、触达策略，医药活动策略等提升家医用户ARPU，完成年度收入目标 任职资格
- 本科以上，具有5年以上互联网医疗健康业务运营经验
- 逻辑思维清晰，具有良好的表达能力和项目推动能力
- 对用户洞察、渠道分层运营有比较深度的理解和思考
- 优秀的数据分析能力，擅长从数据中挖掘策略机会点并进行策略制定和落地
- 具有良好的资源整合及项目管理能力，能够推动内外部资源共同完成工作
