## Job description

岗位职责
- 监督柜员严格执行监管制度和银行规章制度，履行风险管理的审核要求及规则，保证业务真实性、合规性；
- 严格履行职责范围内的系统操作、授权、复核工作，强化业务操作事中风险控制、事后整改；
- 组织相关人员根据各项风险检查要求，严格执行检查任务并落实整改；
- 组织网点人员落实反洗钱工作的支行职责，对异常情况履行尽调和处置等工作；
- 组织网点人员落实运营档案、现金、重空、贵金属、印章、保险柜等重要物品的保管和使用等职责；
- 其他总分行部署的相关工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备3年以上银行柜面工作经验，熟悉反洗钱、现金管理、账户管理等监管文件制度及管理规范；
- 遵纪守法，具有较强的风险合规意识，有授权管理、风险管理等相关岗位工作经验者优先；
- 抗压能力强，有较强的沟通协调能力，认同银行文化；
- 无不良行为记录。
